We fulfill orders from our warehouse located in the United Kingdom. 

It is the buyer responsibility to check prior to ordering the custom taxes that might incur for their specific location. We are not responsible for custom duties.

We aim to ship all of our orders within 1-3 days from receipt, but depending on your location the delivery could take up to 10-15 days. All our orders are shipped using Royal mail services and are tracked, so please get in touch should you have any concernes related to your delivery. 

If you wish to ask for a refund,  please contact us as soon as possible and return your item back to us within 14 days of your purchase. We will respond to your email shortly to confirm and send you the delivery address. The item should be returned in its original condition with no damages or alterations. Once the item is received and quality inspection is fulfilled a refund will be issued to your bank account. 

Customs and delivery companies request a phone number to be able to contact you in case of custom duties that need to be paid or for information on delivery.
